Summarize
The heavy frame-chain slag eliminator is designed for 2T-400 industries and electrical boiler and it is based on the comprehensive research and with all the other manufactures’ advantages. The structure is new and it moves placidity and credibility. The supporting wheel section adopts of rolling and resistance nylon. The scraper blade and the chain adopt ZG35. At the same time, it has scrap function and conveys the scrap out of the house.
Structure
It is composed of input and output pulley, deputy chain wheel, chain, decelerator, motor, carrying idle, roller, bracket etc. And in order to ensure water seal, it is divided into steel and cement channel-section with the cast stone board at the bottom of the channel-section, at the same time, ash bucket is under the water of the channel-section.
Installation and requirements of use
1. The construction of the sludge conveyer should be assured the bottom is parallel, the wall and the center line is straight. The improvement point is as the requirement.
2. The carrying idle should be perpendicular to the center line, after installation, is should runs smoothly, the channel-section is not only satisfied of the running of sludge conveyer, but also the distance when the ash bucket is inserted.
3. We should pay high attention to the installation of the driven pulley, the direction is opposite to the driving pulley’s direction and it’s OK when the level is modulated.
4. To transfuse the oil into the decelerator, bearing and teeth of the wheel should have oil, too. Check the driving and driven pulley and the chain with hand before it runs. If all are normal, the motor work, and make it work on cold conditions.
5. To ensure the sludge conveyer works in the normal situation, when it is designed, there is a electronic chain between the sludge conveyer and the boiler. The order : the grate works after the sludge, but when it stops, the order is opposite.
